God has a set time for everything in your life, whether it be your job, spouse, having children, buying a home, starting a business, going back to school, and the list continues. You don’t have to try and force anything to happen, because God has already set it in motion to happen. All you must do is be patient and wait for the appointed time to come. Don’t be like me and try to rush, expedite, or even foolishly consider yourself to “help” God along, when He alone controls everything. Stop looking at social media, your family or friend’s endeavors and success, and question, “When will it be my time?”
God’s already put it in motion, all you must do is go with the flow. You’re human and have feelings, so it can be disappointing looking at those around you continue to excel and you not necessarily have “feelings” of joy. However, anytime you see someone doing good, you should clap, even if you don’t think they deserve it. After all, why should you get to determine if they do? You may think like me, “God, my prayers aren’t even bad, so why haven’t they come to pass?” Because it’s not the right time. However, when it is, God will make it happen. It’s hard waiting, but it’s even harder waiting with faith, hope, and patience.
I can’t begin to tell you how many times I’ve lost all three, at the same time, but I remembered there are only two things God can’t do: lie and fail! I know if He brought me this far and made me wait this long, whatever He has for me, will be so large, it’ll cause my head to spin. Whatever you’ve been praying to God about, don’t stop praying for it. You’re only to stop praying for it when you get it, and when you do, thank Him for it! Don’t be upset and worried about other’s success, because in due time, you’ll experience your own.
Everything is all set for you, so quit trying to make it happen, and allow it to.
