Have you ever been driving and thought you were so close to your destination, and encountered a sign that said, “80 miles to go,” and then you realized you weren’t as close as you thought? If you’re like me, you were probably frustrated, tired, disappointed, and ready to pull over and stop, or turn around. Besides, after driving for what seemed like forever, it looked like you wouldn’t get to where you’re going, at least no time soon. The thought of “What’s the point?” probably crossed your mind a time or two, but because you were so determined to reach the end, you kept going, even when you thought you shouldn’t have. If you’re honest, you’re probably feeling that way now. Journeys can be long, short, smooth, and rough, but no matter how your journey is going, keep going. It may take more time than usual, but I guarantee once you get there, you’ll be glad you never stopped going.
