I spend a lot of time with my mom, and while I do enjoy and cherish her company and our time together, what I don’t necessarily like, is her commentary while driving. I’m sure I can attribute it to her being a mother and being most concerned about my safety, but passengers driving while not, can be such an annoyance at times. It never fails, when the light turns green and I hit the gas, she’s quick to say, “Why do you pull off as soon as the light turns green? You’re quick to ‘gun’ the gas pedal and don’t know what’s coming your way.” She’s quite right, as I am guilty of this, but I’m learning to proceed with caution. However, there will be times God will give you the green light, and when He does, you need to hit the gas and GO! Don’t brake unless He tells you to, because the place that many of you are going, you’re going to want to get there in a hurry.
When God tells you to move, do it. You’ll find out soon enough that when it’s the right time, you have to move quickly, because if you take your time, you might cause your opportunity to pass you by.
Until next time my NOTE takers!
