It’s a celebration

Do you know what it’s like to be celebrated? Treated like a big deal? Applauded, even if the only set of hands you hear clapping, are yours? Are you feeling a bit unappreciated, after posting countless of “Facebook Appreciation Posts,” yet everyone appears to have discounted you? If you’re feeling a little less loved today, have you considered loving you? You may think that it’s impossible or hard, but it’s not. If God can do it so freely, then why can’t you?

Self-love is probably one of the most difficult things people can do, especially if they’ve not forgiven themselves for something that they did, or either had done to them, though no fault of their own. There are days I look in the mirror and say to myself, “Not everyone is going to love you,” but what I will not do, is become one of those people. l have spent many years trying to get the inner me to love the outer me, and now that I realize I’m no longer the enemy, I can’t stop loving ALL of me!

Go where you are celebrated; even if you’re the only one in attendance!

Until next time my NOTE takers!
