Snakes aren’t the only thing venomous and poisonous; so are people. Research shows, if bitten, you could either die, lose your extremities or develop an infection. If cared for properly, the infected area can be cleaned and medicated, thus resulting in an improvement to your quality of life. However, the longer you allow it to go untreated, it only increases the chances of death. Before you allow a “bite” to take you out, it’s time you start cutting those snakes out of your life. It doesn’t matter who they are or how long you’ve known them because I’m pretty sure you’ve known all along they were a snake, yet and still you trusted them. Always remember, serpents aren’t friends, they only guise themselves as such. Once they slither their way in, soon the skin sheds, and you’ll see them for who they really are instead…..the enemy!

The enemy comes to steal, kill and destroy. Don’t let him destroy what God is doing for you and through you. All of God’s pruning can take years to redo if you allow it to be undone. Start using discernment, so you won’t be bitten or fall for the counterfeit.
