Money doesn’t heal

It’s not too often I let others in on any difficulties or hardships I’m facing. One, I don’t want/need the pity, two, I certainly don’t want the judgement, and three, they think money is (always) the answer. Well, I’ve got news for you, it’s NOT! Do you want to know what else? Money does NOT heal wounds, depression, or anxiety. I’ve been told that everything will be okay, “Once you start making some real money, and all your problems will be solved.” Wrong! If anything, it’ll only make matters worse. Truth be told, the only time money has ever helped me, is when it was used to pay for a Therapist. Even then, the money didn’t make me well, the therapy did. If you know someone who is hurting, suffering mentally, while bleeding out for help, don’t think you can use currency to bandage up their wounds. I realize we live in a society where people constantly use their wealth to make things go away, but pain is not one of them. Money is worth a lot, but we all know at some point, it loses its value.

Until next time my NOTE takers!
