I can remember looking through some photos on Instagram, when I cam across an image of God and a little girl, holding onto an old, torn, stuffed teddy bear. She loved the bear and wanted to hold onto it, because she had it for so long, and couldn’t dare part with it. Meanwhile, God was bending down, holding a huge teddy bear behind His back, trying to convince her that, if only she’d let go, He would replace the old thing, with a new, bigger, and better thing! Sometimes, you can block your blessings, because you’re not willing to give up what God doesn’t want you to have. Release can be difficult at times, and not everyone can do it. However, if you embed in your mind that what’s coming is greater than what you have, you’ll feel better by giving it to God!
