Start planning

As we prepare to close out yet another year, and gear up for the new one, what are some things you’re waiting January 01 first to do? Are you waiting to go back to school? Get out of debt? Start traveling? Lose weight? Start a new business? If your answer is yes, why? Why are you waiting 15 days, to start something you can do now? We’ve all heard the expression, “don’t put off tomorrow, what you can do today,” and we also know “tomorrow isn’t promised,” so if you’re not promised another day, why not make good use of today? You don’t have to have things all figured out, all you’ve got to do is start planning. Stop making excuses about not having the resources or not enough time, when you make time for the things you want, right? Besides, you don’t always need money to start, just a plan!

If you plan on obtaining all your goals for next year, then you need to start making plans now!

Until next time my NOTE takers!

  1. Yes! I’ve never been much of a planner. I live in the moment most of the time, and wait for inspiration to strike before I write. But somehow I’ve planned out blog ideas from now through beyond January! Whoa!!

    1. Love it! Lauri, I typically plan all my blog posts for the upcoming week on Sunday, and then just preschedule them. You might want to consider doing that, so you won’t feel so rushed and overwhelmed as I sometimes do.
